1. Warranty period
Eligible ONAMI products receive a limited manufacturer warranty for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated on your product packaging or invoice.
2. What is covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect is confirmed, ONAMI will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or the defective part with an equivalent item.
3. What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts
- Power surges, improper installation, or use outside published specifications
- Commercial use unless expressly approved in writing by ONAMI
- Products without a valid proof of purchase or completed registration
4. Registration requirements
To activate warranty coverage, you must complete the online registration form within thirty (30) days of purchase. You must provide accurate product ID, purchase date, and contact information. ONAMI may request proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) when processing a claim.
5. How to make a claim
- Contact ONAMI support with your registered product ID and proof of purchase.
- Describe the defect and, if requested, provide photos or video of the issue.
- Follow return or service instructions provided by our support team.
- Do not ship products until you receive a return authorization, if required.
6. Remedies and limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONAMI’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. ONAMI is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or use.
7. Transfer and changes
This warranty applies to the original registered owner and is non-transferable unless required by applicable law. ONAMI may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your registration applies to your product.
8. Legal rights
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law. Where local law provides greater protection, those provisions prevail.
